Shipping, plainly stated.

Rates, timings, and what to expect after you order.

We ship from the Isle of Man to the UK and most of the rest of the world. Orders are processed within one to two working days, then handed to our courier for delivery. You will receive tracking information by email as soon as your order is on its way.

The rates below are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

What it costs.

UK £4.99. Free over £120. 3 to 5 working days.

International Please contact us to place an order outside the UK.

Everything else.

Order processing. Orders are processed within one to two working days. Orders placed on a Friday afternoon or over the weekend will be processed the following Monday.

Tracking. You will receive tracking information by email the moment your order is dispatched. If you have not seen anything within three working days of placing your order, get in touch and we will look into it.

Delivery address. Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We dispatch quickly, so once an order is in our courier's hands, address changes are not always possible. If you spot a mistake, contact us straight away.

Failed or missed deliveries. If you are not in when the courier attempts delivery, they will leave a card with instructions for redelivery or collection. Parcels returned to us after multiple failed attempts can be reshipped, but the customer is responsible for the additional shipping cost.

Lost or damaged parcels. If your parcel arrives damaged, or if tracking shows it has been delivered but you cannot find it, contact us within seven days and we will work with the courier to resolve it. We will not leave you out of pocket on something that was not your fault.

Exchanges and returns. If something does not fit, our exchange process is straightforward. Full details are on our returns page.
