Official rules governing entry into the Manx Iron promotional giveaway.

1. Promoter

This giveaway ("Promotion") is operated by Manx Iron Clothing Co. Ltd (registered number 138755C) of Cooil Shellagh, Douglas Road, Kirk Michael, Isle of Man, IM6 1AU ("Manx Iron", "we", "us", "our").

2. Eligibility

  • The Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom and Isle of Man aged 18 or over at the time of entry.
  • Employees, contractors, and agents of Manx Iron, their immediate family members, and anyone professionally connected to the Promotion are not eligible to enter.
  • By entering, you confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements set out in these terms.
  • We reserve the right to verify eligibility and to disqualify any entrant who does not meet these requirements.

3. Promotion Period

The Promotion opens at [time/date] and closes at 23:59 (UK time) on 31 July 2026. Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be counted.

4. How to Enter

To enter, you must complete all of the following steps:

  • Sign up to the Manx Iron newsletter using the form provided on the Promotion page, including a valid email address.
  • Follow and like the Manx Iron Instagram page.
  • Follow and like the Manx Iron Facebook page.

Only entries that complete all of the above steps in full will be considered. We reserve the right to verify that each step has been completed before confirming a winner. Only one entry per person is permitted; multiple or duplicate entries may be disqualified. Manx Iron is not responsible for entries lost, delayed, or not received due to technical failure of any kind, including issues with third-party platforms such as Instagram or Facebook.

5. Prize

  • The prize is one (1) Manx Iron Hoodie, in a size to be confirmed with the winner subject to stock availability, with a retail value of £69.99.
  • No cash alternative will be offered. The prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for any other item, unless we decide otherwise at our sole discretion.
  • The prize is subject to availability. If the advertised size or the prize itself becomes unavailable, we reserve the right to provide a substitute size, colourway, or item of equal or greater value.
  • Any costs or expenses associated with claiming or using the prize that are not specifically included in the prize description are the sole responsibility of the winner.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

  • The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
  • The winner will be contacted by [date] using the contact details provided at entry, to arrange delivery of the prize.
  • If the winner does not respond to claim their prize within [X] days of notification, we reserve the right to disqualify that entry and select an alternative winner.
  • Manx Iron's decision on all matters relating to the Promotion, including winner selection, is final.

7. Use of Entrant Information

Personal information submitted as part of an entry will be used solely for the purposes of administering the Promotion (including contacting and verifying the winner) in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By entering, the winner agrees that Manx Iron may publish their name and social media handle on Manx Iron's official social media accounts, including Instagram and Facebook, unless prohibited by local law.

8. Disqualification

We reserve the right to disqualify any entrant who:

  • does not comply with these terms;
  • submits an entry that is fraudulent, abusive, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate;
  • attempts to manipulate the entry process (e.g. through bots, multiple accounts, or automated entry methods); or
  • is found to be ineligible under Section 2.

9. Platform Disclaimer

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or any other social media platform used to promote it. Any questions, comments, or complaints must be directed to Manx Iron, not the platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Manx Iron accepts no responsibility or liability for any loss, damage, injury, or disappointment suffered by any entrant as a result of entering the Promotion or accepting the prize, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law (including death or personal injury caused by our negligence).

11. General

  • We reserve the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Promotion at any time, including due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, without liability to entrants.
  • These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
  • If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms will continue to apply in full.
